Visa Documentation

We will assist you in preparing the necessary documentation for your Visa application, including the DS-2019 form, proof of financial support, and other required paperwork.

Visa Application

Submit your visa application to the Embassy or Consulate in your home country. Attend the visa interview and provide any additional information requested by the consular officer.

Pre-Depart Orientation

Once your visa is approved, we will conduct a pre-departure orientation to prepare you for your internship experience, covering topics such as U.S. /Australia / Europe workplace culture, expectations, and living arrangements.

Arrival & Onboarding

Upon arrival in the participate in an orientation session provided by your host company. Start your internship and begin your journey of professional growth and cultural exchange.

How long can I stay in the U.S. with a J1 Internship Visa?

The J1 Internship Visa allows you to stay in the U.S. for the duration of your internship, which can be between 6 to 12 months.

Can I travel outside the U.S. during my internship?

Yes, you can travel outside the U.S. during your internship, but you must ensure your visa and DS-2019 form are properly endorsed for re-entry.

Will I be paid during my internship?

Most internships offer a stipend or hourly wage. The specifics will vary depending on the host company, department, and location.

Will the participant need to purchase insurance?

Our Team will arrange for the insurance of the participant for the entire internship duration.

Is it possible to extend the J1 Visa?

J1 Visa cannot be extended. Participants have to wait for 1 year before applying again for the same visa category. Our Team can assist the participant in obtaining an F1 Visa (Student) if they desire to pursue higher education in the University in the U.S
